Terms of Service
The agreement between you and us when you buy and use Once Upon A Time Photo Lab.
Last updated 28 August 2026
What this service is
Once Upon A Time Photo Lab is software for running photobooths: the app inside the booth, the dashboard your team works in, storage for the photos, and the gallery links your guests receive.
The booth hardware is not part of it. You supply the machine; the plan covers the software that runs on it.
Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything the staff you add do with it. Keep the password and the booth license keys to yourself.
Tell us as soon as you think someone else has your credentials, and we will help you shut it down.
Plans, prices and payment
You buy a plan for a fixed period and pay for it up front. There is no automatic renewal: when a period is ending you choose whether to buy the next one, and nothing is taken from you unless you do.
The price on the pricing page is the amount you are asked to pay. Nothing is added at checkout, and the price is confirmed once more before payment.
Payment is by QRIS, handled by our payment provider. Your card and bank credentials go to them, never to us — we see only whether the payment succeeded.
What your plan entitles you to
How many booths you may run, how many staff accounts you get, how much photo storage you have, how long guest galleries stay up, and which analytics you see are all set by the plan you bought. The comparison table on the pricing page is generated from the same limits the system enforces.
If you reach your storage allowance, the oldest photos are removed first to make room. A session at the booth is never blocked for being full.
When a subscription ends
Your booths stop taking new sessions and your dashboard becomes read-only. Your data stays where it is, subject to the retention rules above, and renewing brings everything back.
Guests at your booth
The photos your booth takes are photos of your customers, taken by you. You are the one who must tell them what is happening and get whatever permission the law where you operate requires.
We process those photos to provide the service to you, and for nothing else.
What you may not do
Do not use the service to break the law, to photograph people who have not agreed to it, or to publish content you have no right to use — including frames and artwork belonging to someone else.
Do not attempt to reach parts of the system that are not yours, or to interfere with anyone else's booths or data.
Availability
We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted. Maintenance happens, and so do failures upstream of us.
The booth app is built to keep taking sessions through a network outage and to catch up when the connection returns.
Our responsibility
Our liability to you for anything connected to the service is limited to what you paid for the subscription period in which the problem happened.
Nothing here limits anything that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the new version appears here and the date at the top of this page changes with it. Continuing to use the service after that means the new version applies.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Indonesia.
