For photobooth operators

Run every booth you own from one place.

Once Upon A Time Photo Lab is the software behind the booth: set up kiosks, publish frames, take payments, print, and hand guests their photos — with the takings and the paper count on one dashboard.

Everything the booth needs, and everything you need behind it

One system covering the kiosk on the floor and the business around it.

  • Booth management

Register a kiosk once with a license key, then watch its status, paper level and configuration from anywhere.

  • Frames and content

Upload frame designs, publish them to the booths you choose, and roll a version back when a print looks wrong.

  • Sessions and payments

Every session and transaction is recorded against the booth that took it, including vouchers and refunds.

  • Prints and digital copies

Guests take the strip home and scan a QR for the soft files. Paper counts come back to you automatically.

  • A dashboard for your team

Invite staff with the access they need. Owners see the money; staff see the booths they run.

  • Analytics by plan

Takings, sessions and booth utilisation, at the level of detail your subscription includes.

Questions people ask before buying

What do I get with each plan?

How many booths you can run, how much photo storage you get, how long guest galleries stay up, and how detailed your analytics are. The comparison table above is generated from the same limits the system actually enforces.

How does billing work?

You pay up front for the period you choose. There is no automatic renewal charge — when the period is ending you buy the next one, so nothing is ever taken from you unexpectedly.

Can I change plan later?

Yes. Buy the plan you want for your next period and your booths move onto its limits when it starts.

What happens when my subscription expires?

Your booths stop taking new sessions and your dashboard becomes read-only. Your data stays where it is — renewing brings everything back.

How do I get a booth running?

Add the kiosk in your dashboard, which gives you a license key. Type that key into the booth once and it is paired to your account from then on.

Can I use a voucher?

If you have a subscription voucher code, enter it at checkout. We work the discount out on our side, not in your browser, so the price you are asked to pay is always the real one.

How do I pay?

By QRIS. Checkout shows you a QR code — scan it with any bank or e-wallet app that takes QRIS: GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, or your mobile banking. Your card and account details never reach us; they go straight to the payment provider, and this page tells you the moment the payment lands.

Do I need to buy hardware from you?

No. Your plan covers the software — the app that runs inside the booth, the dashboard behind it, the storage, and the delivery to your guests. The booth itself stays yours. If you are starting from nothing, ask us before you buy a plan and we will tell you what the app needs to run.

Can I get a refund?

If a payment goes wrong — charged twice, or the subscription never activated — email us with the order reference and we return it in full. A period that has been activated and used is not refundable, which is also why nothing renews automatically: you are never charged for a period you did not choose to buy.

What happens to the photos guests take?

They are stored against your account and shared with guests through a gallery link, then removed once your plan's retention period is up. If you reach your storage allowance before that, the oldest photos are removed first to make room — a session at the booth is never blocked for being full.
